^Thanks for the recommendations, I haven't read fan fics in ages. I can't really recall any to recomment myself, unfortunately :/

I don't ever read fanfics. But one fateful night me and my friends had a "competition" to find the creepiest one.

Lets just say, I won that game.

It was a 12 Chapter, X-Files and Bigfoot crossover, and whatever that person was smoking - I want it :xD:

You want to know how creepy it was?

One of the lines was; 'Phew! They did name you after your feet!' - yeh.... ermm, I'll say no more. t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶d̶r̶a̶g̶g̶e̶d̶ ̶m̶o̶u̶l̶d̶e̶r̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶o̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶d̶i̶d̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶

But tbh I'd think the "competition" would have been pretty hard if it was to find a good fanfic, as I'm not even joking, nearly all of them were smutty twilight fics written by 12 year olds - with too much time on their hands.

I want a thread for the worst fanfics :awesome:

oh your poor thing, you should have gone to TV tropes and knocked yourselves out (quite possible given the length of some fanfics out there, I think the record is 4,061,129 words).

i've read a lot of Avatar fanfics over the years, FFN is in my top 5 bookmarks lol, and i have to say Payback, by Snowrider, is my all-time favorite. his writing of Neytiri, her thoughts, emotions, and actions, are descriptively beautiful. it's posted on FFN, but i had first read it on the sadly deceased AF. bravo!

For many years, I was impressed by Xenobia stories. And I still am. However, with the premiere of the new Avatar, I began to look not so much for the continuance, but for an alternative version of events. And I think I found what I was looking for. At the beginning, loose events from the movie are shown, but what happens after that is just beautiful.
