Do you play Warzone Firefight at all?

is that some online multiplayer deal? i haven't played any multiplayer since ending my online gaming after the massive cheating/exploiting/hacking of Battlefield 3 and 4, and other shooters. i have gone back to non-connected single player only. i have played Firefight Mode on Halo 1 Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Halo ODST, love the Unearthed and Lost Platoon maps. sadly, 343 Studios got rid of Firefight. is Warzone Firefight something new?

It's basically firefight mode in Halo 5, although it's also where they try to get you on the microtransactions in the game.

so is it where you play against the game a.i., like in Halo 3/ODST/Reach? i refuse to online game, or be connected, or any of that jazz. if it's not in the game already, i'm not connecting, microtransacting, or buying more dlc that was cut from the original game, to make more money. grrrr. i'm strictly back to single player campaign and anything in the game.

Halo 3 didn't have a firefight mode. Unfortunately, while it is against game A.I., it does require an on-line connection and in truth, it is heavily monetized (microtransactions), so I can understand not wanting to participate in that. I was able to escape without paying any kind of money because over the past few years (to my knowledge, they don't do this anymore), they would give out dozens of gold and platinum packs for free if you were watching the Halo 5 world championships. But there are no more Halo 5 world championships, so that's out.

Unfortunately, it is likely the upcoming Avatar game will be heavily monetized too. It is made by Ubisoft after all. :(

Played this yesterday for the first time ever, before then I had never tried any of the Borderlands games before. Are you excited for #3?

I am not. Randy Pitchford BS aside, I have basically just started playing Borderlands 2 when I posted that. I own Borderlands 1 for the Xbox 360/Xbox One, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel for Xbox One and Steam and Borderlands 2 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One (separate versions), Steam and the PS4. This means I have a LOT of Borderlands to play before I even consider getting Borderlands 3. Additionally, I'm sure Borderlands 3 will have DLC to it, so I am going to wait until it is all released and then has a significant discount before I buy that game. Maybe if it has a "Game of the Year" edition to it.

If you have Borderlands 2, would you be interested in playing it co op? I can't play it Co-op on the PS4 as Borderlands 2 VR doesn't have co-op, but I can on Xbox or Steam.

Just to add to this, a few weeks ago I tried Borderlands 3 during a free play weekend on Xbox. I'm not buying that game, not even on sale. None of the characters I played as (basically all of them besides the one that pilots the mech, I probably missed out because that looked the most fun) seemed to be as good as Axton or Maya from Borderlands 2.

But I could excuse that if not for the bigger problem I have with Borderlands 3. I couldn't read any of the text on screen unless I stood directly in front of my television. That's a problem when you're surrounded by loot and need to see which weapons are worth picking up and what you should equip. That's a hard no from me.

Yeah, I was really into Borderlands 1 and 2. But 3 left me kinda disappointed. I wouldn't say, it's bad, but I expected a bit more. It was really hyped before release.

Nowdays I usually spend some time playing Rainbow Six Siege on PC. Fell in love with it. If someone wants to join us (mosly 3 of us playing), we are super-friendly.
Oh and Space Engineers of course, if I have the time.

Can't wait for Cyberpunk, I just want to experience that utopia.

i've been playing a fair amount of Elder Scrolls Online recently. i really enjoy the Argonians in that lore universe. Also some Starcraft 2 with my friend sometimes.

Nothing, just working and studying  but on the really, reeeeeaally rare ocasions where I can play something, I enjoy some Mass Effect, Battlefield, Uncharted, Tomb Raider! I hope I will be able to buy a copy of Avatar: The Game soon (could not find yet) and the entire Halo series!
