linkbacks

i tried searching "linkbacks" but couldn't find anything. my question is that when a linkback is made why do i get so many emails for it? one or two is ok but when i'm getting like 10-15 emails it gets kind of annoying. If there is a way to disable this could someone let me know? irayo ulte eywa ngahu

No. I have not created any threads here (other than this one) its from the "Post your HD pictures of Neytiri" thread

Are you subscribed to the thread? Or made any settings changes? You're literally the first person since we started this site in March 2010 that I've heard mention this.

i am subscribed to the thread but i didn't make any settings changes... and this has been happening since i subscribed to that thread

The linkback notifications come with subscribing to the thread. That thread gets far more linkbacks than any other thread. I would suggest unsubscribing from it, or setting your email client to automatically trash the messages.
